I’ve installed a new WordPress plugin that’s supposed to stop comment spam. If you find that it’s stopping your own non-spammy comments or causing any other problems, please let me know through the contact page. Thanks.

Update: Kitten’s Spaminator seems to be working well. It caught and deleted over 100 spammy comments I was hit with overnight, and let one legitimate comment through. Excellent!

Mozilla.org revves up for the new release. Click to go there now.

Mozilla.org is revving up for the release of Firefox 1.0 on November 9th. With Internet Explorer’s market share continuing to fall, Microsoft should be worried.

Update (11-9-2004): Mozilla.org and SpreadFirefox.com seem to be buckling under the strain of download traffic. The latest version of Firefox is also available at Download.com — please head there for the download to help ease the burden on Mozilla Foundation servers.
