Play along at home with Rocketboom’s Karl Rove / CIA leak ongoing investigation drinking game. It’s fun and easy!

A daring Rocketboom correspondent risks her liver for your amusement

Just chug a beer every time White House press secretary Scott McClellan makes a reference to the “ongoing investigation” into whether Rove leaked an CIA agent’s true identity. Scott sure is adamant that he can’t talk about that investigation; too bad all the press really wants to know is whether Bush means to stand by his promise to fire any culpable members of his administration. Oh well… play along with this video and pretty soon you’ll be too drunk to care about shitty, two-faced government officials.

He already answered this question. Still, yay for drinking. :-D

  2. Hadn’t heard the latest, so thanks for the update. And indeed, yay for drinking!

  3. Bush answered a different question than before.

When the news broke, he promised he’d fire anyone who leaked.

Now he says he’ll fire anyone who criminally leaked.

    A small difference, no?

Since Rove’s innocent until proven guilty, he could get off on a technicallity (or never be indicted), and Bush wouldn’t have to fire him, even though before he said he’d fire anyone who leaked, crime or no.

  4. Luke: Thanks for stopping by with another perspective. I figured there must be some kind of added wiggle room in Bush’s latest statement (I don’t trust him on general principle), but I’ve been too busy to follow up on the story.

  5. […] Updates are going to be more frequent here in the future. I’m also going to start blogging about Web-related stuff over on Zenscope.com. That means fewer posts about geeky Web stuff here, and more posts about things like music, politics, and hot chicks. You know, the important things in life. […]
