When the news broke, he promised he'd fire anyone who leaked. Now he says he'll fire anyone who criminally leaked. A small difference, no? Since Rove's innocent until proven guilty, he could get off on a technicallity (or never be indicted), and Bush wouldn't have to fire him, even though before he said he'd fire anyone who leaked, crime or no. Bush answered a different question than before.
