Video of a Reebok commercial featuring football player Terry Tate as a “valued member of the Felcher team”: the office linebacker. Make more coffee when you drink the last cup, or face his tackley wrath!

  1. Wow, this commercial (and the series of them) is ancient history, I remember seeing these in Superbowl 2001 when it was the Rams and someone else if I remember correctly. It’s still a great commercial, and any football enthusiast should find it hillarious.

  2. I’m not much of a football fan, so I had no idea that the videos had been around for some time. The thing that I find so funny about them is how well they spoof office life.

My favorite in the series is probably the one where Terry is required by state law to go on vacation. The reluctant Tate ends up having his own kind of “fun,” but the office descends into chaos in his absence.

Watching all hell break loose without the office linebacker around to maintain order just cracked me up. I think everyone sometimes wonders how far their own office is from that kind of mayhem. :-)
