People Misters: I kept seeing all of these water misting things on the outside of buildings here in Tucson. The first few times I saw them there was always some plant life nearby, and I assumed they were plant misters. It’s only when I ran across this Mexican restaurant, with the misters installed over its outdoor tables, that I realized they were people misters. Folks in Tucson go to great lengths to stay cool, apparently.
